Approve Resolution No. 2018-008 approving an Advance Funding Agreement relating to the NRH active transportation projects for trail and on-road systems; Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program Project CSJ 0902-90-079; and authorizing the city manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of North Richland Hills.
