CALL TO ORDER

PUBLIC COMMENTS

An opportunity for citizens to address the Animal Adoption and Rescue Center

Advisory Committee on matters which are scheduled on this agenda for

consideration by the Board, but not scheduled as a public hearing. In order to

address the Animal Adoption and Rescue Center Advisory Committee during

public comments, a Public Meeting Appearance Card must be completed and

presented to the recording secretary prior to the start of the Animal Adoption

and Rescue Center Advisory Committee meeting.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

E.1

The Animal Adoption and Rescue Center Advisory Committee may enter

into closed Executive Session as authorized by Chapter 551, Texas

Government Code. Executive Session may be held at the end of the

Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need arises for

the Animal Adoption and Rescue Center Advisory Committee to seek

advice from the city attorney (551.071) as to the posted subject matter

of this Animal Adoption and Rescue Center Advisory Committee

meeting.

The Animal Adoption and Rescue Center Advisory Committee may

confer privately with its attorney to seek legal advice on any matter

listed on the agenda or on any matter in which the duty of the attorney

to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of

Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with

Chapter 551, Texas Government Code.
