Legislative Affairs Subcommittee and Legislative Task Force during public  
comments, a Public Meeting Appearance Card must be completed and  
presented to the recording secretary prior to the start of the Intergovernmental  
& Legislative Affairs Subcommittee and Legislative Task Force meeting.
