Authorize the City Manager to execute a Customer Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for cell phone service, mobile broadband service, and related products utilizing Department of Information Resources Cooperative Agreement DIR-TELE-CTSA-003 for a total amount not to exceed $110,000 for the current budget year.
