Authorize the City Manager to execute a three year agreement with Soccour Solutions, LLC, authorized reseller of EC America, Inc. a subsidiary of immixGroup, Inc and licensed vendor of De Lage Landen Public Finance, LLC, for the renewal of Commvault Backup and Recovery software licenses for a total amount of $63,750 with the first year payment in the amount of $21,250, using a General Services Administration Cooperative Contract.
