Authorize the City Manager to execute non-exclusive contracts with Apex Concrete Construction, INC., and DFW Double D Contracting LLC, to perform city-wide supplemental concrete contractor services for various City departments in accordance with RFP 21-014 in the collective amount not to exceed $1,022,812 annually.
