Approve Resolution No. 2017-041, setting December 11, 2017 as the date to conduct a Public Hearing and to discuss and review the Update of Impact Fee Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plans and to determine whether to amend such Assumptions, Plans and Impact Fees, pursuant to Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code.
