Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to enter into an interlocal agreement between the cities of North Richland Hills, Bedford, Euless, Grapevine, and Hurst for cooperative investigative, enforcement, and prevention efforts which are known and designated as the Mid-Cities Drug Task Force.
