Adopt Resolution No. 2018-002, authorizing the donation of 4.837 acres of land located along the east side of the Cotton Belt Railroad, west of Iron Horse Blvd and north of IH-820, to the Fort Worth Transportation Authority to meet the City’s required contribution of property for the TEXRail Project, and Authorize the City Manager to execute the Revised Terms of Purchase and all associated documents necessary to effect the donation.
