Authorize the City Manager to execute non-exclusive contracts with Alderink Enterprises, Inc. and Apex Concrete Construction to provide citywide supplement concrete contractor services for the Public Works Department, in accordance with RFB 26-014, in a collective amount not to exceed $9,301,153 over the five-year term of the contract.
