Authorize the City Manager to execute non-exclusive contracts with Tex-Pro Construction LLC in an amount not to exceed $350,000 annually and Westhill Construction, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $350,000 annually to perform Utility Street Cut and Concrete Repairs in accordance with RFB 25-008.
